Witam Państwa!

jak wspominalem w innym poscie w strefie na okeciu byla do kupienia Caol Ila Distillers Edition.
Mój znajomy bedzie korzystal z uslug tego samego lotniska w przyszlym tygodniu, byli by chetni na sprobowanie tego wynalazku?

Cena to chyba 248zł(znajomy leci w obrebie UE wiec cena jest nieznacznie wyzsza niz w przypadku lotu poza)
Jest pare dni na podjęcie decyzji, wiec dajcie znac czy bylibyscie zainteresowani.

Caol Ila 1993/2006 Distiller's Edition (43%, OB, Double Matured)
Nose: Light, sweet and slightly dusty. More 'veggy' than 'peaty'. And then the wine finish overpowers everything else.
Taste: Ooops.... Yes, there's peat here, but it's weak at first. It picks up, though. I got a nice touch of salted liquorice.
Score: 81 points - nothing wrong if you need a clean alternative for a limpy Bowmore, but a 'classic' it ain't.


Lagavulin 1990/1997 Distiller's Edition (43%, OB, Bottled 2007)
Nose: Antiquity. Wood. Peat & fruits. Organics and some smoke. Very distinguished. Needs time.
Taste: Sweet start, quickly followed by lots of woody notes and smoke. Excellent mouth feel with a hint of peat.
Score: 89 points - My kind of malt, but perhaps a little extreme for some people. Great tannic finish.

Lagavulina DE probowalem i moge polecic kazdemu milosnikowi whisky w ciemno jesli tylko nie boi sie torfu..jest to rewelacyjna whisky tzw. top of the rainbow:)

A Caol Ile DE sprobowalbym z ciekawosci bo nie mialem jeszcze przyjemnosci chociaz sama CI znajduje sie raczej w drugiej 10 moich ulubionych.

Laphroaig 27yo 1980/2007 (57.4%, OB, 5 Oloroso casks)
Nose: Oooh.. Wonderful wood. Wet dog. Spices. Tertiary fruits. Celery and other spices after 15 minutes. Organics.
Taste: Brilliant mouth feel; smoke and candy sweetness. Coffee bitterness in the finish - and the smoke.
Score: 94 points - amazing complexity in the nose and the taste isn't half bad either. Too bad about the 500 GBP price tag...

Hehe pudło. Ten nie był jeszcze oceniany. Brend-niu-botling ;] Kpem będę jednak jeśli nie dostanie 90+ 8)
O cenę pytaj Grisha... pozostaję jedynie skromnym i pełnym poświęcenia depozytariuszem rzeczonej flaszki :mrgreen:
